Aberdeen's first Filipino restaurant, Kultura is a family-run venue opened by the Rivera family in April 2025. Diane Rivera manages front of house while her brother Romeo heads the kitchen, supported by parents and other siblings who help run the business. Coverage in the Press and Journal has noted the warm reception from diners and the genuine approach to Filipino cuisine. The restaurant maintains a Google rating of 4.8 out of 5 from 389 reviews and holds a 5-star Food Hygiene Rating following its FSA inspection.

Food is cooked to order in a visible open kitchen using traditional recipes. Named examples from the menu include Lechon Kawali with its golden crunchy pork belly, Lumpiang Shanghai pork spring rolls, Crispy Pata the marinated and deep-fried pork shank, Coconut Pork Adobo and Kare-Kare in rich peanut sauce. Other options feature Chilli Garlic Pusit, Pancit Bam-I noodles and Pinoy sweet and sour fish. Takeaway and delivery services are offered, and guests can also browse a sari-sari store at the front selling Filipino ingredients and snacks.
